COMMON QUESTIONS
Do I need a gym membership?
Nope. You can do this at home with dumbbells or resistance bands, or at a gym if you prefer.
What if I've never lifted weights before?
Perfect. The Show Up Collective is designed to meet you where you are. Every workout has progressions and modificaitons so you can work at your level and build from there.
What if I miss a workout?
Life happens. Just show up for the next one. No guilt, no punishment.
How much time per week?
3 strength workouts at 30 minutes each. Plus one weekly coaching call (30 minutes).
What if I can't make the live coaching calls?
They're recorded. You can watch later and submit questions in advance.

What if I'm not sure about my form?
Record yourself and send me a video, and I'll offer suggestions.
