Hi, I'm Laurel Tolchinsky.

I understand the challenges busy women face. As someone who once prioritized everything else above personal health and fitness, I've been there. For a long time, my exercise was aimless and my nutrition was far from balanced. A typical meal consisted of apples, bread, and beer. Only after the birth of my two children in my late 30s did I truly dive into proper nutrition and shift from hours of cardio to lifting heavy weights. The transformation in my physique and wellness was profound. After a two-decade career in marketing, I became a Registered Personal Trainer. My goal? To simplify the overwhelming world of fitness and help women like you achieve your goals. I believe in balance in all facets of life: from nutrition (yes, I still enjoy my beer and bread in moderation), to exercise (effective workouts don't have to consume hours of your day), and in ensuring that making time for oneself to exercise becomes a priority (exercise is amazing physical and mental self-care).
