Your complete custom fitness plan will include live, virtual or in-person training with a Registered Personal Trainer plus workouts to do on your own. The focus will be on resistance training, the most effective way to sculpt a fit physique. Most women are intimidated by lifting weights because they have never done it, or they are scared of getting bulky muscles. We will ensure you are exercising effectively and correctly so you create a sculpted body with feminine muscles. ​And you will not ​get bulky like a man! The workouts that you'll do on your own can be done with minimal equipment in the comfort of your home. And, you won't be doing hours of mind-numbing cardio!
Pricing is based on 1 in-person training session per week, options are available for 2 or 3 in-person sessions.
